I am an author, editor, and consultant with a BA in politics (Whitman College) and a PhD in political science (Rutgers University). I was formerly a tenured professor of political science at Lehigh University, where I taught courses in law and politics and received multiple awards for teaching and research. I have written three books—The Constitution of Electoral Speech Law (2008), This Is Not Your Father’s Fatherhood (2017), and The War of Independence Way (2024)—and over eighty articles for both academic journals and commercial outlets.

I work primarily with clients in academia (faculty and graduate students), and I specialize in editing book manuscripts, journal submissions, tenure and promotion packages, and grant applications.
